An informal evening with the best selection of culinary stands


If you are looking for an unforgettable gastronomy experience on the Costa del Sol, look no further. Our "Spanish gastronomy workshops" are simply unique and amazing... The experience consists in an informal cocktail style dinner where participants will be free to head to a selection of quality workshops / stands preparing different Spanish and Andalucian gastronomy specialties. At each of these workshops, we will show participants how we prepare these quality dishes and even let some try if they want. We will for example organize the following culinary stands :

  • Spanish ham cutting workshos
  • Tortilla de patata preparation (Spanish omelette with onions and potatoes)
  • Malaga friend fishes
  • BBQ meat barbecue
  • Enslada Malageña (typical salad from Malaga)
  • Gazpacho or salmorejo cold soups
  • Mixed paellas
  • Andalician wines (sparkling, red, white, sweet, sherry, fino, etc)
  • Spanish cheese selection
  • Sangria 
  • Sweets and desserts
  • etc

Each stand/stall will be set up either as a demo / show cooking place or as a participative workshop to allow some guests to "give it a go" and learn how to prepare these Spanish dishes and specialties. Therefore the activity is ideal for participants looking to learn, but also for the ones simply willing to discover and enjoy.  

The venue we will use is on the beach side, and features a large swimming pool... so it can all be customized to combine it with a "moraga" style beach barbecue with sardines and meat, a chill out pool party or a paella cooking workshop, open bar, party time, entertainment, etc.
