We are now opening a new position for Event Managers on the Costa del Sol.

Position : MICE Event Manager

Location : Marbella, Costa del Sol

Business Envirnoment (B2B) : Hospitality management, Team building events, Event  management, Destination management / Corporate travel

Main tasks

  • Program design, quotation and leads follow-up
  • Meeting with clients (pre-sales, sales, precon, etc)
  • Negotiation with providers, venues and partners
  • Production of team building activities and outdoor experiences
  • End to end coordination of corporate groups (transport, functions, activities, meetings/conferences, etc)
  • MICE event planification, on-site management, admin work
  • Work hard, Play hard ;o)

Required skills 

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken, is a MUST, and other languages are a great « asset »
  • Knowledge of the Costa del Sol area is a MUST
  • Min 1 year of experience in the hospitality, events or travel industry
  • Eager to learn, with a creative, sales and critical mind
  • Excellent team player is a MUST (but able to take own decisions and responsibilities)
  • Well organized with constant eye for details
  • Own car and full driving license and ideally living withing 40/50km from our office
  • Time and stress management 
  • Flexible worktime schedule
  • Multi-tasking and comfortable with "non-routine" challenges
  • Computer : Office suite (additional applications or CMS knowledge would be a « plus »)
