If you don't, it's probably because you'd like to book your experience right now, for a specific date !?! Maybe for you, your friends or family, or for someone coming and visit you here in Spain... you then don't need a gift voucher as you only want to book a holiday or leisure activity.

Our team of activity managers will confirm availability, book your activities on the phone and provide you straight away with all the information you need to start enjoying the experience.

The process would be the following :

• you decide what experience(s) you'd like to make
• if need be, we quote you for this order
• we check and confirm availability (note : some activities are weather dependant and confirmation cannot be given more than a week in advance). 
• you provide us with your credit card details (Visa or Mastercard) or you transfer the money onto our bank account 
• we send you a confirmation email, a voucher and all the information you need to enjoy your experience.

By booking activities or services directly with Experience box, you accept our terms and conditions. If you are only staying for a few days and purchase a "weather dependant" experience without previous agreement from Experience Box, we will not be responsible should the weather not allow the activity to take place during your stay, but voucher remains valid for 12 months !
