Our days circuit start with 2 days, the minimum to really enjoy the concept, and go up to 2 weeks should your group be interested in visiting more resorts or repeat a previous experience.

DAY 2 : Crowne Plaza Sedatio Spa : thermal path + Bamboo massage

Get a peeling with honey and cane sugar, then enjoy a 1 hour treatment with several cane sizes to tonify your body and soul. A must do !

Experience Box Spain has teamed up with this 250 room hotel sitting right on the beach with panoramic views on Gibraltar and the African Coasts, to propose you this original and relaxing Indian face and head massage.

Indian Head Massage is a relaxing treatment which, as the name suggests, concentrates on massaging the head. Head and scalp massage can be used alongside simple meditative techniques to provide a simple and effective way to relax.

The treatments of 40 minutes involves massage, shiatsu and acupressure techniques on upper back, shoulders, arms/hands, neck, scalp and face. This relaxes tense areas but, at the same time, helps to rebalance the energy, clearing any areas of negativity.
