Beach Paella Contest

CULINARY TEAM BUILDING

Experience box Spain brings you this very original team building activity on the beaches of Estepona and Marbella : a beach paella making contest.

On top of the cooking experience, this makes a very interesting team building game, and is usually associated with other activities like wine tasting sessions, laser clay pigeon shooting, laser beach combat, archery, etc.

An example of event could be :

• 10:30: Arrival and welcome coffee. Explanation of the Paella Menu to be prepared
• 11:00: Start of the work in each team, placed at each kitchen station and with the selection of products/ Objectives include preparation of the dishes and their final presentation.
• Wine tasting and snacks during the classes.
• 14.00: Lunch. The prepared dishes will be served by our restaurant staff… but don’t worry, we will have some Paellas of the house in case the team result are not good enough to eat (yes, it could happen ;o)
• The lunch includes wine, beer, mineral water and coffee

Throughout the day we can keep the Laser clay pigeon shooting field open for each Team to make a team game, with additional specific goals like getting as many points as possible, team mixing, etc.
