Healthy Moroccan Cookery Course

Enjoy this exotic al fresco cookery course with local gastronomic personality Rashida, at her beach side villa near Marbella on the Costa Del Sol

After a welcome green tea, Rashida will inspire you with her passion for healthy food as she teaches and demonstrates her skills in the preparation and cooking of the following 3 course Moroccan dinner :

Zaalook: marinated eggplant with spices, fresh herbs & Argan oil
Tajine of monkfish with fennel & preserved lemon
Sweet bastela ‘almandine cream millefeuille' cherries coulis

After the meal is cooked all guest sit down at her garden dining area and enjoy the wonderful they have created a truly memorable experience.

Note : we also organize week-end breaks to Morocco, with your private plane.
