Have a Chef come at yours during an approximately 3 hour cooking session and watch him prepare a three course meal in your own kitchen, with your own equipment. Watch, but also take notes, pictures or give it a try yourself. 

The proposed menu for this cooking demo course is :

• Prawn Skewers, Avocado and Tomato Salad, Lemon Oil
• Morcilla Stuffed Chicken Breast, Pea and Mint Risotto, Apple Purée
• Panna Cotta, lemon grass granite, fresh raspberries

Obviously, once prepared, you will enjoy the 3 course menu (lunch or dinner).
