CULINARY ACTIVITIES

Experience Box Spain will organize for your group a very original team activity, suitable for staff of all age, sex and expectations. We will transfer the participants inland Andalucia, in the kitchen of a very nice hotel near Gaucin, where we will have prepared several gastronomy activities.

This can be organized as a fun and unusual incentive day, or as a real "competitive" and challenging team building event.

Activities can be, for example : 

Blind Regional Wine Tasting Competition 

The group will taste 3 different local wines : a red, a white and a rosé.

After the wine tasting session, the group will have to taste the wines drinking them from a black wine glass without having the possibility to see the colour of the wine. The objective is to recognize the wines. It may seem easy, but let's talk after you've tried it.

Cooking Class Competition

Our Chef will prepare live in front of the group the most popular classic Spanish dish: Paella.

The group will then be divided in several smaller groups and each one of them will have to prepare a large Paella dish. We would normally add extra ingredients that are not normally used to prepare Paella, and the groups will need to make sure they only use the correct ingredients. Once all the Paellas have been prepared the Chef with the client Senior Management will have to choose the best Paella (presentation, taste, rice cooking time, etc).

After the competition, the group will be eating what they have prepared. The lunch (or dinner) will consist of a selection of Tapas to start with followed by the Paella they have prepared and a dessert.

All served with a selection of local wine.

Additional challenges

We can propose "à la carte" events including other or additional "games", all depending on your expectations, available time, group size, etc. Contact us for more details.

A photographer can be included in situ to make sure each participant leaves with pictures of the team enjoying this adventure. We could even have the event filmed by professionals and hand over one DVD per person (up to 350 DVD's burned per hour).
