Did you know Spain was very famous for its high quality caviar ? Probably not. This is why we propose you to enter the world of Rio Frio, where one of the best caviar worldwide is created. We propose you a guided visit of the fish farms, not far from Granada, where you will discover how the sturgeons are breeded, etc. Then, we propose you to enjoy a caviar tasting session (for example with 10gr of 3 different caviars) in a nice hotel nearby, all this with Champagne obviously.

Our aim is giving you the chance to taste one of the most valued products for gastronomes worldwide, and hand a caviar delicatessen to them on a plate. We guarantee we are offering you a certified eco-product, which combines freshness, tradition, warranty, service, and commitment from those who are and have been involved in this project. Once again, our aim is providing you with the best products, half-way between tradition and avant-garde, that may satisfy the most demanding taste.

Caviar from Rio Frio is taken out from the Acipenser naccarii or Adriatic sturgeon, an almost-extinguished species, which they have been able to rear in captivity. This kind of sturgeon is more than 250 million years old, and it stands out for its slow growth. This fish caviar is a real treasure, and its taste and color are full of different notes. It is usually pearl gray, although it can also shed different shades. Since the caviar they offer is completely fresh, they can guarantee that its taste and notes will be always bereveled despite of the time, salt or the preservatives added. They have re-adapted the Russian process called Mallosol, whereby only a tiny amount of salt is added, approximately 3% to 4%.

These events are fully customzable and we can combine the farm visit and caviar tasting with lunch or other great activities nearby (ballooning, track days, etc).
