Healthy authentic cookery course in sea front villa

This traditional Andalucian cookery course is taught by local gastronomic Chef at her very own beach front villa in Estepona, near Marbella.

After a welcome green tea, our Chef will enlighten guests to her culinary skills and her passion for healthy food.

We propose 2 main menus to chose from :

Menu N 1
Welcome with green tea & fresh mint
* Starter: Remojon 'Granada style' pomelo salad with codfish & prawns
* Main dish : Duck stew 'Sevilla style' with oranges, olives with a Jerez (Sherry) sauce served with vegetables
* Caramelized apples tortilla with hazelnut & turrones ice cream
* Rueda white wine and Rioja red winer

Menu N2
Welcome with green tea & fresh mint
* Starter: Gazpacho of water melon with Iberian ham & fresh mint
* Main dish: Bacalao(salt codfish) with clams, chorizo & red peppers with Brandy sauce, served with vegetables
* Dessert: Almond mousse with fresh goat cheese and raspberries
* Rueda white wine and Rioja red wine

Once the meal is cooked, lunch or dinner is served at her very own garden dinning area with stunning views ono the sea, gibraltar and even Africa. This is a truly memorable cooking experience.

As an extra option, we could visit the fish market, and prepare and cook the following menu (contact us for conditions) :

Ajo blanco: Almond cold soup with melon, Iberian ham & chives
Seafood paella with whole grain rice & vegetables
Caramelized peaches tortilla. Ice cream

Who's it for?:

Anyone with a passion for healthy food, interested in gastronomic experiences or simply willing to enjoy a nice day out. This course is also a very original activity for groups up to 15 people, corporate incentives / team building and holiday fun.

11.15am Preparation Of Food And Informative talk on healthy Spanish produce and cooking
1.00pm Lunch ( Ie eat the food you have cooked all accompanied with Red or White Wine)
