Rio Verde, the Best Rio!

Rio Verde, due to its size and characteristics, is considered the best river to enjoy canyoning in Southern Spain. Canyoning (known as canyoneering in the U.S.) is traveling in canyons using a variety of techniques that may include other outdoor activities such as walking, scrambling, climbing, jumping, abseiling (rapelling) and/or swimming.

After a nice trek of about 1.5 hour in a really beautiful surrounding, we'll reach Rio Verde (green river, for the color of its crystal clear waters), where we will start our 5 to 6 hour canyoning experience combining abseils, jumps, swims, etc. The jumps offered by Rio Verde are from 3m to 16m high, so it's ideal if you're looking for fun with option to increase your adrenaline level.
