Bootcamp in Marbella

The one day bootcamp (default option) :

A minimum of 5 persons are needed to create this one day fitness program.

The one week bootcamp :

The real bootcamp is an intensive week of focused training incorporating the first steps towards establishing new healthy habits that you can easily maintain on your return home. The camp does not focus around the gym, instead it offers a varied programme of closely monitored indoor and outdoor activities combined with nutritional education.

The weekly session starts on Monday morning and ends on Sunday lunchtime. You should plan to arrive at Málaga airport on Sunday one day before the start of the camp. A member of our team will be at the airport to meet you and will drive you back to the hotel in Marbella. 

The daily program will be : 

• 7.30 Pre-breakfast early start workout – outdoors
• 8.15 Breakfast
• 9.30 Workout 2 – outdoors
• 12.00 Lunch
• 13.00 Workout 3 – outdoors
• 16.00 Free time / Spa relax
• 18.00 Workout 4 – outdoors
• 19.00 Dinner and relax

You can attend the one week bootcamp even if you are alone, as you'll join an existing group. We work on an "all inclusive" formula, meaning we include accommodation, food and drinks in the context of this bootcamp.
